We are in network with most Anthem and Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO insurance plans. Please review our list of accepted plans, and if you have any questions about your specific coverage, feel free to text clear photos of the front and back of your insurance card to (347) 470-1744. Unfortunately, HMO plans do not provide in-network coverage for lactation services.

Depending on your policy, there may be cost-sharing responsibilities for mom, baby, or both. Cost sharing refers to the portion of expenses your insurance assigns to you, such as a copay, coinsurance, or deductible. This varies by plan and is not always required.

If your plan is accepted, you may be eligible for unlimited home and telehealth. Please note that home visits include a $75 travel fee. This is a non-medical fee and is not covered by insurance.

We are unable to verify your coverage until all required forms have been submitted- Please allow up to 24 business hours for benefits verification.
